Wanted - parts for MFP functions on DSM620d please.

We have been asked to upgrade client DSM620d to give IP connected printing and scanning - not FAX.

Does anyone know a source either new or used for the necessary bits please?

The cheapest option might be to just pick up another machine and remove the Print/scan functions. Those machines are only worth $200-300 these days anyway. Then you also have a nice supply of parts.

I guess that you are right. Thank you for the good advice - the official channels cost of the parts is clearly more than the machine is worth. but they are pretty good machines so a shame to scrap it.

....And being the same cross referenced machine (Ricoh 2020) that we're discussing in your other thread, it may help you solve 2 problems with the spare parts
