    Ricoh MPC7500 intermittent magenta background

I have a MPC7500 that has been given me this problem for 2 months. It takes a few thousand copies to happen and by the time I get there it is gone. The customer shows me a bunch of prints that are 100% covered with a light magenta background. Already replaced Magenta drum, developer material and the image transfer belt. Also cleaned all sensors on the image transfer belt unit and updated all firmware to the latest version. Any ideas?

Could be a loss of developer bias. Do you have another developer assy you can swap for testing purposes? Vacuum the space between the ends of the mag roll the developer frame. Double check and clean the contact points in the rear frame and make sure to use the conductive grease per the tech bulletin.
