Friends i have one machine model MPC 2030,the problem is, magenta color is missing. I performed ACC and it gave pattern like this : black,cyan,magenta (only 2 lines appear) ,yellow..then again,black,cyan,magenta(ok),yellow. All 4 PCDU are new. Please give me an idea why it happening. thank you in advance.

Most likely it is no image transfer from the drum to the ITB or the mag roll isn't turning. The transfer rollers under the transfer belt have been known to pop out of their spring loaded holders when shipped. Check that and also the developer drive gear on the back of the pcu, turn it and make sure the mag roll rotates. -

From what you're saying in your post you're only getting Magenta missing in patches on one side? Was it alright before you changed the Magenta PCDU?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
