[Error Code] aficio 551

machine have 3 brackets but revealed on screen 4 brackets and bracket num 2 see paper but didn't identified such as a4 a3 and when i make copy sc 990 revealed my boss told me that brackets board defective and i think that software problem need advice please

Sorry, that made no sense to me at all. When you say bracket, are you referring to the paper drawer?

Seeing his reply you might have to use another language. can not see how brackets and cassets can mean the same

So the machine is displaying 4 trays instead of 3 (no tandem tray) ?

Correct paper feed control pcb? was there a version with 4 trays?

I think possibly the Chinese version?



Check the setting for DIP SW 101 on the I/O Board, for 115V Europe, should be:

6: On, 7: Off , 8: Off - 115 V version
