anyone know who ricoh took this one from. looks like an IBM but don't know the IBM model if it is. who supports this one with supplies. i can get the parts but the supplies do not come up. thanks

Katun doesn't list it. But I do have the Parts & Service manual. It's not on my site, but if you want it, I can put it up pronto.

This is a Hitachi product that Ricoh bought out. Parts and Supplies should be available until Nov. 2016.
