    [Misc] Ricoh MPC5501

    Dear all,

    I am having a MPC5501. Problem is noise while printing from bypass.(Thick Paper only)It is somewhere near to ITB cleaning unit.Normal paper machine is working fine.Anybody can help.

      Has the machine done enough copies that it actually needs an ITB cleaner? Try covering the ITB belt and cleaning blade with a good dusting of setting powder and see if it quietens down, if not try changing it.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Yes the ITB cleaning unit is already crossed 200000 pages.I will try to replace it.Thanks.
