    Java VM Card Update Procedure

    Hi,

My latest dumb-ass question regarding Java VM Cards is this: does anybody know where to find the update procedure? I've hunted high and low on Tessa with no luck.

    Thanks,

    Chris

p.s. I already have the manual, Paul!

Wel it isn't a dumb-ass question. The training manual says the VM Card Update Tool can be downloaded from Tessa, but I also can't find it. If I find it I will let you know.

If you search for Firmware on Tessa, when you've selected "Multifunctional Products" then selected the specific model "MPC7501" for instance, there's a link to "Java VM Card Update" listed with all the other firmware (or frimwares if you prefer ).

Is that what you're after? Because I've yet to have to use this myself for anything.

I've got the firmware, however I'm sure that there's a specific procedure to install it rather than doing it like the other firmware updates.

There's no tool listed for the MP5001.
