Savin 4051 SR860 jams

I have 1 of these with the SR860 booklet finisher. And it jams in the staple tray on the 2nd set doing corner staple. Paper can be fed LEF or SEF, first set is ok second set jams. I've replaced the exhaust rollers finisher main board, Done firmware on the machine,even did 5801-1 after backing up NVram. Anyone had this before???

Check the bulletins out on the finisher. There are several that may apply to your problem, including a compatibility issue with older SR 860's when used on a B140.

Thanks mikadonovan! I've gone through the TSB's a couple times and will do again. This machine has been in the field for about 4 years and started doing this recently.The booklet function of the finisher works fine, it's only when you do the corner staple function. I'm pullen hair off my shiney dome!!!
