Fuser unit Ricoh Aficio 3245C old part # vs new part #

    Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if the old part # B1804005 will be working fine on Aficio 3245C. I know that Ricoh changed a part # from B1804005 to B1804011 long time a go but I have a fuser still in a box, new. Would it be ok to use it on the machine or it will not be recognized etc.? You reply greatly appreciated.

Should be fine to use, it just doesn't have any updates that were done to them so the life will probably be shorter than the 4011 is all.

Should not be a problem to use. If Ricoh uses a different manufacturer for certain parts of the unit, the part # changes also.
