ITB scratched. ITB roller under ID sensor dirty.

Anything related to creating an image on the drum and transferring it to the paper - and dirty ID sensors. Most likely causes based on my experience: Dirty or "oiled" ID sensors, Dirty upper ITB roller, Damaged ITB, Worn developer and/or drum.

In the models that have oil type fusers the oil can evaporate and leave a scum on the surface of the ID sensor. Clean w/ alcohol. If the ITB roller and belt are not clean and free of "scars" clean and replace as necessary.
