Hi,i have problem with this copier name infotech4180mf it display error code sc542 and some one tell me to replace thermistor and reset it with sp5-810 bet i don't know how to use the reset code i need help please.thanks in advance.

yellow key (C/A) 107 then red stop key hold down for a few seconds until service screen pops up then enter sp5-810 fuser sc reset then power on/off -

This one requires a couple more steps....
Access SP5-810, press 1 (yes) , then press (and hold) the "photo" button , and press # (while holding the 'photo' button) for 3 seconds. The machine will beep 5 times. If it only beeps twice, you did it wrong. Try again.
