i want to know part # for Ricoh afelio 450e copier black and white and need part # for developer unit and drum so I can cross reference or what can I do to fix scratch on drum due to developer unit I think ?

Sounds like you need a trained technician to do a service call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
