after i change every thing in the copier and its same error i do auto adjust drum 2962 , and it work tell now

Try replace the BCU board.

please i have error in ricoh copier please wait after i make 1 copy after 3 second its come please wait
i disc the HDD and try it its same problem ??
i change the web roller and 2 thermoster in heater and alsoo same
any one can help me on that??

if you done with HDD,thermistors and heater thing.just recheck the (drum connector).one of my tech had this problem and after 3 f****in hours find out it wasn't properly seated after service,

Clean or replace the Potential Sensor in the Drum Unit. When it's covered with toner you'll get the "Please Wait"-message.
