[CQ] Aficio 3235 toner on drums

Are you using OEM toner? Are these original PCU's or have they been rebuilt? In my experience the problem you're describing (if you're using OEM components), is typically due to either Drum Grounding, or Dev clutches, but it is strange to have all 3 colours behave this way -unless they were just replaced as a set

The toner is original and the pcu's haven't been touched, although they are almost due for replacement. Its as if the colour drums aren't being charged but the black is.
