    I'll test this sp5846-46 tomarrow. I have had success with 5801 for the Network Control Services though. If 5846 works better that's great props to you!

    It is already on this forum. I'm not interested in splashing about instructions for accessing 'Factory Mode', it is actually only supposed to be used by regional technical specialists / support personnel. Do a search for it and go through some threads, you will find it.

    Intresting to know about (factory sp mode),how you dig in to this factory sp mode zedd? would like to share? Regards

    I don't think this willl do it as the super log in isn't part of the user control settings. SP mode 5801-11 will reset the NCS settings which include the super and admin log in's.

    I've read that you can change supervisor if you go into Factory mode, haven't had a look myself. (Not SP mode), otherwise you're probably gonna have to replace NVRAM. let us know if you need help getting into 'factory mode'
