          It Isnt The Drum he said hes Changed it

          Its the Black PCU assy though if he as only changed the Drum on its own

              I'm putting my money on the Paper transfer roller, we negelegt to change these, I've had it on MPc2500 thru 4500's. Did one of these yesterday....

                  I would suggest a full clean of the Transfer/sep roller and quite possibly a replacement of this part...

                  So many times after changing this part have i noticed that the Image quality has greatly improved

                      I'd change the black dev unit . There's an obvious void , so it has to either be a dev unit or laser fault . Devs easiest and cheapest and laser units are generally reliable .

                        if the k drum was replaced and not the whole k pcu was the brass bushing on the drum unit put back, they cause alot of cq problems.
                        Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
