I'm newbie in ricoh mp model.. i had a problem to register the user code for my ricoh mp3010.. can someone help me out on this.. thanks..

In System Settings - Key Operator Tools - User Authentication : Select the functions you want to limit (for example color printing/copying).

In System Settings - Key Operator Tools - Adress Book Managment : Create a user with a user code, and select which functions this user can use.

It's on page 63 of the manual that you haven't read.

Alternatively, only if you can be bothered though, go to the Ricoh support site, select the MP3010 and search for "user code."
