[CQ] Lanier MPC4502/5502A Duplicating image in B/W print mode only

We have found this range to be duplicating its image at the trail edge of the page and only when printing in B/W with no image present.

The fuser is not supplying enough heat so we have adjusted the following 2 SP modes to compensate.

SP1101-101 (default 145) Change to 175
SP1112-002 (default -17) Change to 10
