Settings in Twain driver custom settings and enter the IP address.

This is a "Network Twain" driver, so the machine MUST be connected via tcp/ip for it to function. I suspect you have it connected to the USB port (??)

....EDIT: after re-reading your post,you have installed the "network twain" driver right?

customer's pc had some sort of problem.with mine's works great.
