Savin 9935dpe Used Toner Case Full

Is this something that a non-tech can empty/clean out or do I need a tech to do so? If something I can do, would someone please post the directions and the process to reset the SP code? Thank you.

This is the NAD Aficio 3235 and I wouldn't recommend a user doing it. There is no SP but it could be very messy for a user!
In my opinion it would be best done by a tech.

Yep, remove the transfer unit, then the transfer belt off the waste toner hopper without the springs flying off never to be seen again.

...and then shake the stupid thing into a disposal bag without getting yourself covered in it and looking like you've had a hard day down a coal mine.

At least one major design improvement they made when they rehashed the NAD into the Adonis (1035/1045) was to allow the hopper to be opened via six screws. Hence ten seconds with the vacuum cleaner and this unpleasant job is done with.

Thanks for all the helpful replies. As a small business owner continually squeezed by competition from overseas, I have to look for ways to keep my costs down, but it appears this isn't one of those times. Going with a tech it is! Thanks again.
