GelSprinter GX3300n - Power on flickers and nothing

I have a GX3300n in the shop and when you press the power switch on, the lights flicker and nothing works.
Is this one of those machines to be replaced?
and yes I do have the manuals for this machine.
Do I just stand back and beat this thing with a big stick?

Yes Shadow you beat it with a big stick, or do what I do attach a fuse to it lite it and run!!!
Keep in mind even though it's viscus ink, it's still an ink jet POS....
