I had an SC819 that hit after returning from standby the last couple of days on a brand new Pro907. Reseated dimms, turned 5985 off, removed the Java card, all that. Went back there today and flashed all the firmware, still had the 819 when I came back from standby. Every time. It didn't do it coming out of energy saver. I removed the dimms (memory and print/scan) and wiped the contacts down with a swab and cured it. On a side note, I set up two 907s this week (the one throwing 819s and one other) and I noticed when I installed the print scan dimm on both of them the memory dimm was not at all seated or latched.
well I have been a ricoh tech since 1994. and let me tell you I hate calling ricoh for support. If I call ricoh it is because I have already read the manual and I have already tried all the tricks on gooses guides. I am calling them to help me think outside the box and come up with a different solution. I get sick of them telling me "try all this and give us a call back and let us know what fixed it. here is your reference #". So needless to say I totally understand your fustration with not getting good technical help when you called them for your sc819 problem.
