The machine shows black lines in the copy, and then appear the sc-326. I've changed the laser unit and the problem still continue.
what it can be?

The lines appear in the copy and printer modes. If i change the paper position, the lines continue in the same direction.
And I changed the pcu unit. It didn't work.

i think that if you problem is in the laser unit ,you can clean the poligon motor or your mirror the black lines appear too in the xerox when the laser is dirty must be a code that initialize the laser i dont know but i have the manual if you need
where is ubicate the machine , there are dust,smoke

Replace the right front door switch set, I think there are 5 of them but 2 of them will block the Laser Beam. Not much trouble to replace, once you remove the DF and Scanner unit.

Agree with this approach. Ricoh has had door switch issues for at least 30 years.
