    try doing this SC
    1-930 Fusing Oil Add
Fusing oil add Forces the oil pump to supply silicone oil up from the oil
tank to the tank in the oil supply unit. If the oil end
sensor detects oil in the oil supply unit, this SP will not
    start the pump.

Note that in order to run 1930, you must first clear the A level code + the machine must be READY and the front door closed.
Also I have found that if you fill the tank in the rear and just wait about 10 minutes, it will fill itself without the use of 1930.
OH, yeah, I hate this machine.

          Always do this my self.

If you do fill up the oil always worth checking an half hour or hour later as if you do get it wrong or a sensor fails you could have oil pumping like there is no tomorrow in the worse case.

Heard about it on training course and heard of engineers its happened too.

Rare but sillicon oil all over the customers floor and though the machine is not fun.

            Ugh, not fun at all.
As I understand it, the "add oil" indication is a "flip-flop" type of circuit so that if it is calling for oil and you tun off the machine, then manually fill the OS unit,(because you want to get the hell out of there and don't want to wait for the pump) when you turn it back on the machine is looking for the Oil sensor to "flip" and it won't because it is already full. So it will pump oil until the cows come home. And the aforementioned situation occurs. Another Startling Ricoh innovation.
This is a machine they put the main charger and slit glass DIRECTLY UNDER the four Developer unit.
Did I mention I hate this machine.
