Ricoh 3025 won't wake from sleep mode intermittantly

About 50% of the time copier will not come out of sleep mode, and you have to turn the power switch off/on and retry to get it working.
You hear the copier cycling like it is starting up but the display remains completely blank and no buttons work at all.
This is a copier only and has no HDD.
Tried replacing power supply board and reloading firmware but still the same.
Anyone even heard of this on this series?

What method are you using to wake it up? Soft power key or lift of DF?

Have tried all 3 (power key, lift df, and place originals in df) to wake it up.
Also tried turning it off by the power key and letting it turn itself off.

you need to update the engine firmware to level 1.05:08 or higher...

AOF setting on.

Keeps BICU board looking for any input.

Thanks, will try that and or the panel off timer to see if that resolves it.

Make sure panel reset and panel off timer is less than energy save and power off.

Sequence should be..

Panel reset time 60 sec.(All functions).
Panel off 60 Min.
Energy save 120 Min or 240 Min.
Power OFF 240 Min.
AOF on.

If all else fails, reset panel settings to factory default and then program an admin password for timer settings.
