MPC4000 e-mail send for PM call

Can anyone help me how to set the multifunction MPC 4000 for sending email to administrator and service respons for PM call and other replacement parts?

Login with the WIM.

Login admin | Configuration | Auto email Notification |
Fill out Message edit box
Fill out Group message box with your organisation.

Example
Message : Ricoh MPC4000 Acme Corporation 123 Down Street

Group 1 Address : XYZ-CopierCo@widget.com


Under Group 1 items tick the radio boxes of the items you wish to be notified of.

I made all this adjustments in WIM but I think this is not enough. I still not get the email from copier?!
I must to say that all scan to mail works ok, so DNS and SMTP are configured correctly. Are you shure that I don't need to adjust something in service mode?

The copier will only send you a notification if one of the error conditions you selected occurs.
Is the copier free to email to the outside world. I assume its not restricted to the local intranet.

Try SP5501 and set it to 0 to disable PM goes off.
