I have an aficio 2018 an I want to scan documents but the display says that you need to enter password, I don't know what it is. What can I do to reset it or what is the password default? thanks.

Have a look around. Password reset/ disabling for almost all models has been discussed in this forum ad nauseum

If you're a customer, you need to call a tech out... if you're a Ricoh Tech, you should know this by heart....

A password to access a share? This will be set by your IT department, normally a basic user and password will suffice with the correct access rights.

If you still want to change the copiers own credentials, you can (if I remember correctly for this model) use "admin" and "password" as the login credentials, if I am wrong use the newer: "admin" and leave password empty.
