    Gestetner A045 PCI CONTROLLER CARD FOR PC

    We have a gestetner a045 wide format, last 2 week we got burglar break up and stole all pc system and tv. One of pc we installed the pci controller to plot but now we can't do anything. The wide format machine , cable , driver still can be re-install but don't have the controller card. Does anyone has one ? Where to order and or adapter to usb will be compactible?

    Pls help!

      That controller card was married to your controller in the wide format via the rsp file when registered. Ricoh doesn't deal with Ratio anymore so the procedure for replacement through Ricoh is gone. You may be able to go to R%atio directly, but it will be expensive.

              It is possible to repair.
              You must appeal to local service representative.
              You must buy the new Ratio controller board, you must send to Ricoh the broken Ratio controller board and then you will get the rsp file for LATEST version of Plotbase. This mean, you must have it or buy it.

                  I found RW 240 replaced my lost one but it has a different serial. The original hardware serial is for UNLIMITED LICENSE
                  The initial time plug in and plot is working fine, plotted couple pages then I reboot the system and pop up error message "contact dealer"
                  Any advise!
