Hello everyone,
We have a Ricoh MP C2551 multifunction printer, previously configured to send via email and/or save to an SMB share the pages we scan.
Now we changed SMTP server and SMB IP address, and need to change these parameters again, but when I go to the "Tranfer file" configuration tab, I see only a blank tab, only with the bottom right corner telling me that there are 2 pages in this tab.
I can go to the second tab, and see the field to specify automatically user name, but nothing else.
What should I do?

The only thing that changed since I did first, successful, configuration is that we added the fax option to the machine. So I tried to remove it and try again, but nothing changed, still can't see any option in the "Tranfer file" tab (see attached shot).
Other strange events? Only a couple of blackouts, some weeks ago, but I'm not sure this may be related.
Anyway, what should I do if I want to do a factory reset of this device? (if it may be helpful)
