[Misc] Aficio 3035 fax function

anyone can help this matter.
model : aficio 3035
after sending the fax my customer doesn't want a TX communication result receipt.
how can I stop this coming out?

Check the fax manual, but should be a parameter switch you need to change. Sorry, don't have the details at hand.

[This is all in the user guides. Please read them.]

Go to User Tools (123 button) -> Fascimile Settings -> Parameter Setting -> Select 03 -> Select 0 (last on the right), the number above should change to 0 (from 1).
