I think the major two countries which don't partake in WiCE are the US and Japan.

If you are a distributor of ricoh products(e.g gestetner,nashuatec,rex rotary,ricoh) then you can ask your technical manager for username and password- WICE. You can download firmwares from tessa support not form WICE. www.get-u-wice.com for training and exams while www.tessa-support.com for service manuals,rtb, firmwares,etc.

I took my WICE password and username from our technical manager.He will create an account for you.We are gestetner distributor.

well, unfortunately my company is dealing with refurbishing copiers, most of the time we import copiers from europe and we tend to get a good mixture of lanier, gesterner, ricoh and rex-rotary...oh, i've also forgotten to mention nashuatec
