MP W2401 jams only A1 paper

The jam is only at A1 paper at A0 is working good.Paper is looking like something is blocking the way and also it stretch/crinkly at feed roller casette.
The path cutter/registration is clean nothing there, the clutch from tray is working too.Any ideeas?

Do you have the 2 roll feeder installed?

If so, swop the rolls around, reset the paper sizes and try again. It is is crinkled, it means something is catching the paper or blocking the path somewhere. Also check that the paper roll is not damp.

Fixed, the guides from registration was the problem.
