Re: SC552 / SC 552
Hello,
thank you for quick replies, the thermistore seams to work electrical well, but it's surface, witch is pulling on the surface of the drum was too rough.

Re: SC552 / SC 552
I had on BW machines mechanicaly damaged thermistors that worked in most cases but some of them simply culdn't,even if resistance is ok...I beleve it's reading higher temperature due to lack of film on it and reports abnormal teperature on hot roller.
U shuld replace that thermistor,I allways have spare ones in my toolbox just in case...for comparing at lest.Leave a comment:

SC552 / SC 552
Hi,
problem at Ricoh AC 3006 ( probably same: / 3506 4006 ), Fuser Error / Pressure Roller warm-up error
...
A thermistor was mechanically damaged by paper jam (but electrically apparently OK), there was a heavy blow
All connections checked all resistors (take a good ohm-meter) OK: thermistors, thermal fuses (in the cable crimped), warm-up lamp
Thermistor against a used exchanged.
it was no fault to be found anywhere
Despite repeated reset the machine does not function ..... SC552
Solution Reset (machine was not working for 2 - 3 month):
C button (yellow) + on keyboard: 107 + C-button (orange + large) long press
Then, go to the menu
scroll
Mode 5 enter
here below 810: SC Reset
Unfortunately, there is no OK
keyboard: 0 or 1 (probably 1) choosed and press #
it displays a confirmation message: run as service - etc.
Switch off the machine
Error: reset
(on some devices without a reset command: open flap + off)
…good luck ...
