    Looking at that image you've posted you have a recurring rotational image defect. It's time to change the black PCU and dev unit for a brand new ones. That dot looks like the charge roller is damaged.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

      Here is another rather overlooked possibility. What is the whiteness of your paper you are printing on? If it is not in the 90's you could be suffering from that. For instance that green you are talking about could be because the paper is a little yellow and the cyan is interacting wityh it to create the greenish hue.
      Remember coloring when you were little and mixing colors?
