    [Error Code] Warning remove paper, system error (0990)

    Hello to all,

    First timer.
    Having problem with a RICOH multifunction printer GX3000SF .

    I am receiving an error code to remove paper.
    Display reads, "Warning" Remove paper, System error (0990)
    Unable to continue with any other functions of printer due to this error.

    I have checked every possible access to remove paper, checked guides,feed and all paper paths and have found nothing.
    I have searched for system error 0990 and can not find solution.
    Would appreciate your professional impute to direct me to what I need to do to solve this problem,

          SC990 means the maintenance unit has failed and requires replacement. That's why the error won't clear. I think the part number is J007 0413.
          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.
