ricoh mpc 4500 or 3500 c

its said that 4500c or 3500c can bear paper volume of 260 gram .. when i give paper of 250 gram found that toner not stable or deleted from paper. only happened on high grams paper.
any suggestions to solve that?

You have to change the paper type for the tray in the user tools to Cardstock and middle thick 2 otherwise it just treats it as regular 70g cheap paper.
