That code could be a bad LD unit, or loose connections, pinched wires. I haven't run across that much so thats the best info i can tell you.

Did you change BOTH sets of door switches? Because I know that sometimes was needed.
Also can you power it up with the doors open and not get the code?
I never saw lots of those laser units go bad so i am leaning towards another cause. This may be a case also where you may want to reload the firmware.

I just discovered that if I activate the drum motor I get this code sc323 any suggestions

Does the copier gives you the code imidietly afther turning up ?
Or you can copy for a while and only then the code pops up?

First try to re-seat all the connectors on the main board and I/O board.. If that doesn't stop it try to swap that motor.
