Hello all,

I just bought a USED Ricoh MP7500 and I would like to make the the copier running good. What areas of the copier should I regularly clean or replace in order for the machine to run smoothly? Thank you.

It's pretty insulting that you think copier service (on a 75ppm machine at that) can be reduced to a few lines of text. Seriously!

If you want just general info then ...

Clean ADF sensors, rollers, belt . Change as needed.

Keep your optics clean

Clean thermistors, change fuser rolls and web when needed

Clean ID sensor and drum unit about every 100k

Replace developer and filters every 300k-500k or when toner dusting machine

Replace charge wire and grid every 300k

Clean or replace paper tray PU, Feed and Sep rollers as needed.

That should do you.
