Probably THE most common SC on any Ricoh (Nashuatec)!

Fuser error. Google it, and/or call a tech.

press stop key, press 1 , 0 , 7 and than press hold down start key. You see maintinance mode on the display. you must select press down key fusing eror code clear, press OK key, turn off machine and turn on

Hopefully the error code was caused by a power surge and this procedure works, but if the thermistors are worn out and things start melting after you do this, you're on your own.
