    Aficio MP 6002 Service mode

I just got one of these in for a customer and have completed almost all of the install.
I am at the point when I need to get into the mode to enter the dv lot numbers.
The book sez "Ask your supervisor how to enter and/or exit service program mode".

I don't have a supervisor, can anyone lend me a hand with getting into and of the
    service program mode?

    Thanks

Tons of posts about this. Google it, and it will probably lead you to a CTN post or two.

Information on entering SP mode is readily available (it even tells you in the service manual, which you should have). Enter SP mode with; Yellow (Clear), 1, 0, 7, Red (stop) hold. If you require special SP or factory mode, we won't discuss that on an open forum.

If the machine is new it should already have DV in it, including the lot numbers. Unless they changed the setup procedure recently.

        Mikadonovan and Ruben,
Thank you for the reply, I did what you suggested and got what I needed.
They must have changed the install procedure, cause this one did not
have the dev mix in the dev station. I had to buy the mix. No biggy.
I am finished with the pre install and it turned out good.
Now to repack for the customer. I will need a crane to get it to the second
floor. No elevator and a small wooden arch bridge in front of the door.
I did this 9 yrs ago for their 1075. It went smooth then, lets hope it is
        smooth again.

Thanks for your help. This board has saved my bacon
        more than once or twice.
