mpc5000 adf3010 jams

i have a jam code of 05 which is original sensor. it mainly jams when doing double sided.

paper seems to have stoppe at the original exit sensor, with an inch of the paper stuck in the exit rollers.

paper just seems to stop. all adf sensors and rollers are clean and 2 modified guides have been fitted.

any help is appreciated. thank you

Funny I had this yesterday, first time in my 15 year career. Changed 2 sensors at exit but no luck. But when i cleaned the onway gear that sits at exitroller the bastard
started to work...so maby thats your problem....Have a nice day...(partnumber B802 3312)

2 sensors on the top cover blow them out....than close lid slowly you will see a pocket those sensors line up with try cleaning those pocket out
