Ricoh 3324C / Savin C2410 Loud crying from fuser unit

This older color machine had a new fuser with a new oil unit installed a few months ago and maybe a week later after I had to replace the oil sending unit because of this loud crying noise. This noise is now happening again after a few months. Could anyone tell me if there is a fix to this issue? They're the only customers I have seen with this issue.

Yes, there is a fix. It's called BUY ANOTHER MACHINE. Or keep replacing that part over and over. That's what they do.

basically these machine have this issue all the time what happens is the felt on the oil felt assy gets caked with excess toner crap and starts rubbing when we had 100s of these machines in the field I made it protocol to clean/scrape the crap off that felt wick assy.....cheaper than buying new ones as it is these machines are dogs sinking money into the pcu and charge unit would be better than sinking money into felt wick assy
