[Misc] mp 2501 not printing from memory stick

Good day all. I need help with this Rich mp 2501 that does not want to print from a memory stick. Can someone please help?

What's the format on the memory stick? Is it just one stick that it won't print from, or all of them? Is there any kind of security software on the stick or an autoload application? I've seen a few newer USB drives that have a management application that tries to launch when you plug it into a computer.

you need to install the hard disk to enable this function.

To print from the USB interface on the operations panel; you may need the HDD option. Make sure that the Scanner SP 1-1013 and Printer SP 1-110 are both set to 1.

Plus it has to be a .pdf or .tiff, jpeg and the PS3 option or PDF Direct card has to be installed.
