                    I dread to recommend it, but you might want to call your rep to come in and take a look, or log a call with support. They might have something up their sleeve to have you try different. Assuming you haven't already tried that.
                    the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

                        I updated the firmware on mine then while talking to customers IT, I asked them whether they updated the PCL 6 driver. It was discovered they were running PCL 5. Updated driver, didn't hear from them for a week then got a email yesterday. Customer says had code 92 on error report.
