Looking for help with a J054 jam. The paper goes through paper feed and just sits in the vertical paper path. It's not crumpled or jammed just sitting there loose.
Tray 1 works fine. I tried swapping the Tray 1 and Tray 2 paper feed sensors and then tray 1 still worked and tray 2 still had the same jam.
