Converting KM address books into Ricoh format

    Hi, Gang,

Anyone find a somewhat less painful way to convert Konica Minolta address books into the Ricoh format?

I had the customer use PageScope to export to CSV files, and then import them.

I tried to use the import tool in SDMA to import the files, but the fields just won't map correctly - the field names are too long, not consistent, etc... The worst part is that the customer scans mostly to FTP folders, not email or SMB, and since they did not try to use the same user name and password for all, there are a ton of different ones.

Quite the painful adventure. Possible, but slow and tedious.

I just may write a VB script to clean these up and automate the process, but they're all over the place, and as usual, I'm in a time crunch.

Any suggestions for an easier import? I don't know if there are any other options in PageScope to make it less painful.

    Thanks!
