Not me. I had the same fault on an MPc4500 which fed fine on ADF free run but jammed on A4 landscape through the ADF. I ended up swapping the whole ADF to pacify the customer as they have 30 machines from us.

I checked the width sensors that are located inside the adf near the feed belt and all are working and the length sensors.
It just doesn't seem to recognize landscape on the adf and prints it out as if it's portrait missing the bottom part of the page and jams 053.

Image rotation is turned on in copy features.

Sounds like a problem with the length sensors on the doc feeder. As a work around, the customer can manually select the paper tray with the desired paper orientation.

    Mp5000 ardf 3010 jam

    I have a mp 5000 with a df 3010.

The problem is that every time I put an a4 on the feeder landscape it jams showing j053. A copy comes out and it hasn't rotated the image on landscape even though image rotation is turned on in copy features. Customer has never had this problem until now.
if you feed it portrait it works perfectly.

I cleaned all all the sensors and rollers.
i know about the 2 sensors looking down into a hole and modification guides have been replaced.

    I also updated the firmware.

all sensors are working and clean.

I have done a lot of work on this particular adf as sensors get covered in paper dust.

The reason why it has to work on landscape is because customer copies a lot of bank statements which are bit longer than a4 so they don't fit portrait and that's why they have to feed it landscape and press the auto enlargement/reduction to fit all on a4. This even jams on normal a4 now landscape only!!
