First thing, in the future, provide more detailed information when you start a thread.

1. What Operating System is on the PC?
2. Are you using scan to SMB or scan to FTP?
3. How have you set the scan up?
4. How have you set the PC up?

Without that information, all we can try to do is read your mind.

Thanks for your response, Thought it may be as simple as reloading drivers or something along those lines... You have made me realize it needs to go to the computer techs... Thanks again...

It could be as simple as a firmware update if you are trying to SCAN to SMB with Win 7, Win 8, Server 2003, Server 2008, or Server 2012. Search threads for Win 8. This model is old enough that you will need to search Special/Custom firmware for the product code on RFG-esource. Look for Net_support firmware dated this year for Win 8 and Server 2012.

First things first. Plug a cross over cable into the MFD and see if you can ping it...1. We'll work on the software first.2. We'll then go to work on the hardware.Everyone needs more infomation first.......
