Mpc 4500 fusing belt destroyed again

I have an mpc 4500 that tears up the fusing belt nearly every morning.
I refurbished the whole fuser unit changing everything and all bearings and it still tears up the belt.

i then replaced the IH coil unit where the ferrite roller sits in and still the same.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem??

Plenty. Unfortunately these fusers get to a point where they just can't be rebuilt any more and require a complete replacement. Plus side is though, if you have a printer fuser you can swap the covers and the harness and just use that.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Customer has also said that it happens first thing in the morning after standby. Destroying the belt. Very bizarre

I agree, plus the printer version of the fuser only costs a couple of quid more than a full rebuild.
