They have good parts with the exception of drum cleaning blades. Those are a harder compound of rubber and seem to be short lived in comparison to OEM or other manufacturers. Just my opinion.

We currently use the solution plus toner for the MP4000/5000 series with good luck, cleaner mag roller. We were using the gears for the 1027 pcu's from them but we had a couple of units fail. We use there MP5500 webs B140-4181 with good luck there too. We use there Ae04-5099 web for the MP4000/5000 series with good luck, an e keeper is better than a set screw.

I work for a distributor with several branches, and cost is always the name of the game for us (for better and for worse). We use NA toner on all 25 cpm machines and up. The nozzles seem to come off a little easier, but otherwise the product is solid. We use a variety pf their parts, and the only
one I really do NOT recommend is their iteration of the B223-2042 pcu. They do not seem to reach proper life span, sometimes even less so than oem. Often, I have cracked a new one open to find the charge assembly broken. Other times, it streaks worse out of the box than the pcu I'm replacing.

However, that being said, they are a heck of a lot cheaper so we buy them anyway. They
are a solid supplie, always looking to improve on current oem design flaws, and have done so in certain instances.

We have just started using NA Trading on several parts including drums and charge roller unit for MPC6000 series as well as MPC3000 drums will keep you posted on success so far no problems. We have also got some charge roller assy's for the MPC3000 which are not available thru Ricoh so we will start trying those instead of replacing so many drums.

I agree with coptech. N/A has some very good products sans thier cleaning blades. I believe they are in the process of working with a different supplier on that item. I have used N/A for years and thier drums are pretty good, with the exception on the MPC 2500/4500 drums. I got about half life and don't use them any more but thier PM kits are solid as well as the toner bottle reapir kits and MP C4/5000 conversion harnesses for the black pcu in a color slot. The MP4500/5000 type A toner is better than Ricoh's as far as I'm concerened. We use ONLY that toner for those models. No dusting, no mag roller coating, etc. I would use that toner even if it cost more. "It can be free, but if it doesn't work it doesn't matter".

Just in case it isn't common knowledge regarding the MPC charge rollers: I use Meguires cleaning wax (red bottle) to clean them. I just put some on a cotton towel and apply it just like I was waxing the car. Clean and buff it and you get 160 to 180k out of the pcu's.
